1948? Outstanding sir!! And I thought my 20 years as a Gooner was good! Seems pretty pathetic when you consider you went to your first game 3 years before my mum was born!!! I take my hat off to you .... proper football fan!!
Rocky7
And not to be disrespectful Tudor, but surely having a man who's years as a football fan surpass anything you could even imagine .... you could have tapped into his historical resources a little better .... I bet this dude has some awesome stories to tell.
Rocky7
The questions were generic Rocky7. Alphieblues is more than welcome to tell us more if he wants to.
Tudor
I'm not knocking the questions, I'd just be interested to read some of the stories from yesteryear.
Rocky7
When I get time I may write an article on my comings and goings. In the meantime if you can manage to read Colin Shindler's book 'Manchester United ruined my Life' you will have some idea on what I have been through.
alphieblues
me too (mu ruined my life) alphie, The fred Eyre book brought back memories aswell, but you can give me a few years, I bet you have cardigans older than Tudor.
Buzz Lightyear
I'm just a pipe and slippers man Mr Buzz Lightyear. As for cardigans, nah, keep up with the trend, didn't you hear that string vests were in fashion!
Tudor
Anyway, how old you you think I am. Oh by the way, I own socks and boxers which are older than my eldest granddaughter!!
Tudor
No cardigans, no pipe, no slippers, no stair lift, still pick up speeding tickets though, must slow down one of these days...
alphieblues
alphieblues, must all man City fans know your history with club, Must when you enter to the stadium all fans give you they note to take your signature, and on another topic, Always I saw there Reduced price of the ticket for who is under 16 years, But must also be reduced for those who they old than 60 years, this will be Appreciating from the club to them.
