Hughes Still Keen On Ronnie (AUDIO)

Manchester City have completed their first signing of the summer. Brazilian striker Jo joins from CSKA Moscow for a fee believed to be in the region of £19m and despite the deal being in place for a number of weeks, dating back prior to Mark Hughes' appointment, the new City boss has said he's delighted to get the player on board, with the transfer fee unlikely to faze the 21-year old.

Rumours are still rife regarding Jo's fellow countryman Ronaldinho and his next destination after Barcelona confirmed earlier in the summer they do not intend to retain his services. Hughes welcomed the continuous links and claimed that initial talks had been positive, although the chances of him signing or not are entirely in the player's hands.

Hope your right Alphie!! Now we've got a target man, we need someone who can put it on a plate for him.
