They Think It's All Over - It Is Now

The speculation is finally over - thankfully, Manchester City fans can return to some sort of normality. Breaking news, Ronaldinho has signed a three-year deal with AC Milan. Next?

I am not bitter and twisted what so ever and I wouldn't be so churlish to even suggest Goofy strung the club along. In fact may I congratulate him and his brother and agent in being party to such a wonderful thrill and spill of 'will he, won't he'. In fact, the words 'will he' probably didn't even enter their mind - that is their prerogative.

Nevertheless, I am a busy man and no matter what happens, life goes on. I just wonder if Ronaldinho's life is anything like mine. Nah, I doubt it.

The next time I even contemplate dreaming would someone be so kind as to throw a bucket of water over me. I thank you!

Back to normality. Has anyone ever had a day in the life of this little character?

Glad he won't be a Blue. His heart clearly wasn't in it. Good luck to him, the greedy****. Now we can move on.

DD, If he had signed for us he would have said the same thing, it is just a PR thing, he could not come out and say I really wanted to sign for city but it is hotter in Milan so I signed for you instead, dosen't exactly endear you to the fans.

City 81, I don't think the money was there anyway, they knew he wasn't going to sign for us or we would have offered the same amount that Milan did. By offering more money to Barca made not difference to the player as he waived his 15% transfer fee anyway. It was simply a ruse to get the fans to forget the sacking of Sven.

Nice to get back to normality now the media circus has set up base camp in Milan. Let's deal with the job in hand in the Faroes first, and then hopefully bring in 4-6 quality players to bolster the squad, for what will hopefully be a long season.
