Don't worry, we can afford it and will.

Although a right winger in the mould of SWP would be fantastic I think we need a player like Senna, Frings or Viera to bolster our midfield. For years we've had a midfield that can be bullied and that really needs addressing with this influx of money.

Thats the problem,we are in the same boat as we were last season, apart from the fact that we have a better squad. We have a new manager who dosen't know how good this squad is. When we played EB/Streymour, the team lacked the likes of Elano, Corluka both of whom strengthen our team and I think that Johnson could play that holding role and leave Elano to be playmaker. I like Vassell, but although he will give you all every game, he is simply not the best striker we have after Jo, however he is the fastest. I know there are a lot of fans want SWP back, but on current form he is not worth £12m and as you get older you slow down. I am afraid it is a wait and see game, at the moment I have not got a clue who or for what position he will buy and a goalkeeper with experience is a must.

DD I don't think that was SWP doing, his dad thought that he would be better off at Chelsea, and we all knew that he wouldn't, but £21m was too good to turn down. At present he cannot get a regular starting spot at Chelski, that says a lot to me and at £12m it is simply too much money to take a gamble on.

No SWP was sold by Wardle because City was in debt and Shaun and City did an agreement with Chelsea hoping it would benefit both clubs. So Shaun thought ok but has paid the price. Don't listen to how the media tells the story! Come back Shaun, you made City look exciting back then when we had an average team beating United 4 - 1, remember the big ‘comeback’ against Tottenham? Now picture SWP in the team we got now with Manager Mark Hughes plus making City the Fittest team in the premiership

Would you swap Richards for SWP and Ben Haim? I have seen players return to City before and they just don't seem to able to play the same.
