Riera to Sign Permenant Deal ?

Negotiations to sign Albert Riera on a permanent deal are at an advanced stage according to reports.

The 23 year old has impressed manager, Stuart Pearce since his arrival on loan from Espanyol in January, with the fee thought to be in the region of £3.5m.

Riera has always expressed a desire to make his move permanent and has made big efforts to learn English and integrate with the squad.

Is this a good bit of business for City?

Could it now spell the end of Kiki Musampa's time at City when his loan deal expires at the end of the season?

Have you say here !

Masumpa could well stay ... he looks better in the centre than out left

Looks like this wont now happen according to the City website - no need to sign him now anyway - we can do that at end of loan period if Pearce decides to keep him

he looked absolutely non existent today and very shakey when he got the ball.Musampa is far better in my opinion.
