Good stuff. City and The Hammers is being broadcast via satellite across the world today and La France is no exception. I'll be interested to see what the French commentators make of this City side.

I wonder if Charlie will be in the squad today ???
alphieblues
Indeed. I wouldn't be surprised if desperate Spurs up their bid.

Meanwhile here come the arabs? The Street of Shame are variously reporting that Sheikh Mohammed is on the verge of buying City....

And.....The Grauniad reports today that Thaksin will travel to Eastlands....

One paper report I have seen Hughes refers to Kompany as a midfielder, but we let in some soft goals with soft defending and poor passing. I don't think he will play the same back four. I have left Charlie out of my team because his head isn't where it should be. A bid of £8m will get I would guess, but it still leaves a gap there unless he plays Onuoha there, my guess is he will play Kompany at RB and drop Charlie altogether which would fan the flames of an imminent transfer.Who would be a Premier manager? As for the middle east connection I hope it is true and that the deal can be done asap.

The Sheikh would do for me he has tremendous investments in this country.

Interesting team selection today. I hope we will see a tougher performance.
Johnny Baguette
We did, well impressed with Kompany and my apologises to Steve Ireland, perhaps he still has a job here to do, but can he do it every week.
