Elano Smashes Two Past Hammers

Manchester City midfielder Elano was on top of his game earlier this afternoon after netting twice past a lack lustre West Ham side.

The 27-year-old Brazilian ace, who has three-years left out of his original four-year contract ran rings around Alan Curbishley's men, scoring in the 70th and 76th minute.

Elano and Ireland look fitter and stronger. If the squad can get some more depth in, we have a solid backbone. I'm not alone in hoping that Garry "Superstar obsessed and Everyone is up for sale" Cook can keep his meddling hands off team affairs and keep his out of touch comments to himself. Let Hughes manage and see how far we go.
