Argentine to City?

This is a rather strange signing as now after signing Wright Phillips City have a very strong right side.

The conspiracy theorist amongst us might see this as possibly that Vedran Corluka is in deal going to Tottenham Hotspur.

But again this possible signing of a young talented international and is first choice in what is arguably the world's best team at present shows any doubters that again this season that City are moving forward and looking to improve our squad ready for a top six assault on the Premier League.

What do you thinkof this possible signing; could this be the end of Corluka. Have your say in our Comments at the bottom of the article?

Its a wait and see situation Gavin, last season we struggled on the right side through injury ending up with elano playing two games there. It menas that your place in the team is not set in stone and you will have to fight for it. We still are in need of that third goalie and left back. I am afrraid that Garrido unless training can up his game will simply be a squad player. Rumours regarding Ball has spurred him to good performances but we could do better in that positon. Charlie I think could do the holding role in midfield. if we went 352 Corluka could be at the back.

Ball has definitely uppped his game, lads. We all know the boat is far from steady at City financially and they might choose to cash in on Charlie now with Nedum ready and willing as ever.

6 Of the defense player play in right leg ( Corluka, Dunne, Micah, Tal, Onuoha, Kompany) + The New player if he come ( Zabaleta ), and on opposite side we have only two players playing on the left side!! .

of course corluka is going to spurs. he always was....when hughes tried to block it, he handed in an offcial transfer request. this deal was never off....you have replaced quality with quality though so shouldnt be to upset

Zabeleta currently at CoMS having a medical and discussing terms. Lilywhites101 - thought you'd be keeping your head down son, being bottom of the league with no points, and spending so much money!!

lets see where we finish oliveblue.....while you keep buying players on "tick" and shinawatra runs you into the ground...has your ex chairman been around lately to pay the wages???.....hilarious stuff!
