Michael Owen Close To Becoming A Blue

Michael Owen Close To Becoming A Blue

Manchester City Football Club has been linked with a stunning bid for Michael Owen.

The England international has just one more season remaining on his contract at Newcastle United, and he is believed to have been offered a new deal worth £120,000-per-week.

However, it is being suggested that the Magpies are willing to offload him before the midnight deadline if he stalls on this offer.

Michael could be sold a cheap as chips in today's transfer market - possibly as little as £6million
