Tottenham Accept Berbatov Bid
Mark Hughes has told Sky Sports News that Spurs have accepted Manchester City's shock bid for Dimitar Berbatov.
Hughes revealed that a fee had been agreed with Tottenham and he now plans to hold talks with the player himself. The fee is expected to be a new British record, in excess of £30million.
Hughes said...
'I'm as stunned and excited by this as the fans are.'
Dimitar Berbatov left Stansted airport earlier this afternoon bound for Manchester, whereby he will discuss personal terms and have a medical.
An official announcement is expected this evening.

Man City come in, offer £34million, Berbatov gets silly money at Man City, playing for arguably a club that is slightly behind or very similar and realises that he shouldnt of turned the Spurs players against him. This is a bit petty this but lets put a bid in for Rooney and Ronaldo, that would shove a rocket up 'em and its obvious they don't like it up'em.
