Benfica Striker Linked With City Move

According to Setanta Sports, Benfica striker Makukula is considering a move to Manchester City.

Portuguese Ariza Makukula has been linked with various clubs since his transfer to Lisbon, however, with just hours to go before the transfer window closes, Blues boss Mark Hughes is believed to have put in a late bid for the 27-year-old.

The unsettled striker has a proven track record and would be a bargain at just under £3million.
