Will be a tough game but these are the ones we need to win if we are to have top 4/6 aspirations. Come on City!

Mentally I think the team were ready for Chelsea. There just hadn't been enough preparation time. We'll be ready for Portsmouth and I think Jammo is going to have a very busy time. This tie could be a real thriller with plenty of goals. I'm finding it almost impossible to predict. They will score. We will score. We need a Captain's game from Dunnie and in which case I can see 3-2 or even 4-3. A real toughie this one.

Dunney needs space in front of him and he didn't get that at Chelsea, the defense was too crowded and in the end is cost us two goals. I can't see Sparky playing two DM again. I also think that the Chelsea team were definately up for it and played some really good football, but we did too and managed to open up Chelsea on more than one occasion. We did the same against Omonia on Thursday and SWP has come back a far batter player with those deft one twos and with his speed leave defenders for dead. I wish Petrov had been fit, that would have left Robbi to play just behind Jo, who will have gained confiedence from those two goals, but the most worrying thing is that Lawrensen has put us down for a win, he must have a packet on Portsmouth and is trying to drive up the odds.
