He deserves all the accolades, as he is playing brilliantly. Would like to see him a bit more vocal on the pitch though. Certain players should have had a tongue lashing last night for going for glory and ignoring his runs.

Stevie is playing out of his skin for us this year -- and trappatoni must be desperate to get him involved. If we needed an example of as young Academy star raising his game and claiming his part of the action by right -- then this is it! If we wanted to buy another player of Ireland's ilk we'd be looking at £20M and happy to get them for that.
