well i dont think there was much competition for MOTM in that match as usual he worked his bollox of in the match great to have him back again

Thoroughly well deserved MOTM for Shaun once again. It really makes you wonder what the Chelsea management team had between their ears when they kept cramping his style. He covered every blade of grass and was a constant threat to Liverpool, yesterday. He is nigh on impossible to mark and his pace over five metres is a killer at the Premiership level -- and will be at international level too. No wonder Capello has given him the call.

He is really good and i like his style to play but we have better options in his position.Just enjoy him and stop critisizing us, he was not up to our standards but was too good to sit on bench so we sold him and everybody is happy.

SWP is more relaxed at City, he has nothing to prove to Mark Hughes, and when he feels this way, it shows in his football, I just hope that he can relax when playing in an England shirt and show that he deserves that place.
Buzz Lightyear
It's the SWP and Stevie Ireland show at the moment!
oliverblue
The new Liam Brady: Stevie Ireland.

JB, I remeber last season you and I discussing whether we had seen the best of Stevie Ireland and we both agreed that was the best we were going to see. How wrong I was in this and I put it down to him, getting in extra work and you can tell, from the kick off, he was faster and his best postion by far is in central midfield, a place where he is most comfortable.SWP, you would never believe he has been away.

its so good to see him back at City......and he's better than he was when he left......I dont think we have seen the best of him yet.......there's a lot more to come...... ...and SI....well what can I say.....he's been a revelation......playing some incredible football.....and hopefully more to come...
lincolnblue
yeah awesome work lol he is the engine of the team currently all MOTH awards shows the fans agree with this and its not gone unnoticed by the England coach either!
