Media Squad Signings

Media Squad Signings

Vital Manchester City regular alphieblues brings to our attention the number of players the media have linked us with since the ADUG takeover.

Alphie writes...

I thought I would keep a record each month of who the media hacks have us down for signing in January.

The October list has us down for a squad of 18 new players most of whom were mentioned in the first two weeks of the month. Things have gone a little quiet over the last couple of weeks but no doubt they will hot up again in November.

Here is the list:

Santa Cruz
Antonio Cassano
Neil Warnock
Stephano Mbia
Fernando Torres
Thierry Henry
Buffon
Kaka
Torsten Frings
Wayne Bridge
Lionel Messi
Steve Mandana
Vagner Love
Ronaldo
David Beckham
Michael Owen
Huntelaar
Kyle Naughton

Your thoughts guys and galls on who, if any, you think we may sign.

Many thanks alphieblues.

The list will get longer as New Year's Day approaches. We'll have to get used to the speculation.

What a good idea! The hacks of Fleet street choose the squads and first teams for the Premiership football clubs...It would be fantastc!
