He is certainly putting himself about this season. Pity a few have his teammates can't do the same.

If they all put in the same work rate, defended as a unit and protected the defence we'd be flying!

Certainly City's Mr Consistency this season!

Stevie is becoming a midfield whirlwind for us. So many times it is him playing the cutting pass, tackling back, running through, scoring crucial goals. I heard Stuart Pearce on the radio last month saying Stevie is perfectly at home in the company of the likes of Robinho and Elano. If we were to choose a Fantasy Premiership XI on the basis of performances this season then I would have Stevie in mine. I wouldn't swap him for Lampard or Gerrard.

Agree Sinbad.......totally.......he has stepped up two or three classes this season......
