West Ham Reward Fan Loyalty

West Ham Reward Fan Loyalty

West Ham have announced that as a gesture of thanks to their fans for their great backing throughout the Cup campaign so far, their season ticket holders and club members will be offered free coach travel to the FA Cup quarter-final at Eastlands on Monday.

Hammers Chairman Terence Brown announced: 'Once again, our fans played a tremendous part in spurring the players on to victory last night, and this gesture is a reward for your unwavering support throughout the season. (Source West Ham Offical Site)

With an allocation of 6000 for the Quarter Final, West Ham are doing their best to ensure they have a big support for a crucial game and how refreshing it is to see a club thinking about the people who follow them week in and week out - well done the Hammers !

City took 6000 to Villa Park in the previous round on a freezing cold Sunday night for a daft 6.30pm kick off and the incredible support that night played a big part in us progressing to the next round, and we'll need the a big and vocal crowd on Monday to counter the noise from the away supporters, so let's try and fill Eastlands on Monday night and get behind our team.

I hope John Wardle and his fellow directors have taken note of this nice gesture and will consider rewarding our own loyal supporters in the same way if, oops I mean when, we progress to the Semi Final and beyond ;-)
