There are forces at work trying to destabilise Mark Hughes and Manchester City FC, especially since the takeover and the Clubs new found wealth.

City's previous three Premier League outings haven't exactly gone according to plan, nevertheless Bluesy is adamant City will not be destabilised.

'I understand why that is happening. Maybe people have an agenda because it benefits them,' said the gaffer.

'A lot of people have an interest in what we are doing here. In some people's eyes, they will also see the amount of money they could make in terms of signings if they could make things happen.'
