Buffon To City?

Google language translator

The Times Online have reported that Manchester City have launched a bid for the experienced Italian International goalkeeper, Gianluigi Buffon.

According to the Times Online, Manchester City has launched a £50 million pound bid, which will only increase the opinion that Manchester City mean business this January. Manchester City could offer the Italian a reported £160,000 a week contract. I don`t think Robinho will like that?

Also what happens to Joe Hart, if this bid comes to fruition? Transfer gossip, or not, I certainly don`t mind City being linked with such a world-class player.

The only concern is does Mark Hughes want Buffon, or is the chairman using his power to control the transfers? I remember Mark Hughes stating he didn`t want big-name signing?

Would you want Buffon between the posts? Or do you think Joe Hart has done enough for City. Maybe only a keeper who can challenge Schmeichel for that Bench spot is needed?

All i know is that come January we will be linked with every Tom, Dick and Harry possible.

I don't care how much we spend as long as the teams good!

He's the man. Sorry lads, but this is one demented transfer I would wholly endorse. He's a completely hatstand genius and just the star to help bring Harty and Kasper on.
Johnny Baguette
The worlds best no doubt.
