Speculation Surrounding Seedorf

Speculation Surrounding Seedorf

AC Milan ace Clarence Seedorf has admitted he wants to play in the English Premier League.

As usual, Manchester City has been linked with another potential January transfer, however with the 32-year-old midfielder in the prime of his life; I wouldn't discount another shock Eastlands signing.

The Holland international, who is the only player to win the Champions League with three different clubs, told the Daily Mail...

'I would love to play in the Premier League, which player wouldn't? It's one of the best leagues in the world. I'm happy at AC Milan but I never say never.'

Clarence Seedorf

'The development of the Premier League over the last five years has been incredible. The football is exciting with much more quality. I love to watch it on television.'

He is probably europe's most over-ratted player - how he got to play for so many top teams is a complete mystery.

We have excellent attacking midfielders already. Even Elano is struggling to make the first XI. We need defensive midfielders -- which Seedorf isn't!
