Sounds like very conflicting opinons about MH, they overwhelmingly think he is a bad tactician yet they will trust him with the January kitty. I suppose that's the magic of being a City fan.

His tactics will improve, as the squad gets bigger and allows him to choose from better players than for example Vassell.......and he has to be trusted with the transfer kitty, only the manager can be....!!!
