Samuel Eto'o Deal Gathers Pace

Google language translator

Vital Manchester City has been informed that Mark Hughes and his team are working hard behind the scenes to capture one of Europe's finest strikers, Samuel Eto'o.

The Cameroonian footballer, who became a Spanish citizen in 2007 is thought to be keen on a move to the English Premier League.

Samuel Eto'o

An unnamed source told this site...

'Representatives from Manchester City and Eto's advisors have spoken, albeit on preliminary basis. Any deal is still a long way off but in this day and age, contract agreements can be made in an instant. Robinho's signing is a perfect example.'

The 27-year-old, who has been at Barcelona since 2004 has a year left on his current contract.

Would be a cracking signing! You've got the money to bring him to the Premiership.

I hope this is right. Eto'o, Robinho, Jo, Petrov, SWP, Ireland, Sturridge, Elano, Bojinov. Some striking options there, hey? I can just imagine Taggart choking on his cornflakes at the news!
Sindbad
He is also injury prone, although it appears he has recovered- for now anyway.
Tudor
Could we sign some more tossers please.
alphieblues
Any tosser in mind?

This would be a huge signing. Iv always liked the bloke and he is a proven goalscorer. This is just an example of why Vital Football is an important site for all City Fans, because you really can see things first here.

Gianluigi Buffon is a renowned tosser, likewise De Rossi. A right pair of tossers.
Sindbad
Wel take Sturridge and Ireland off you lads, youve gotta make room for these superstars somewhere you see! The day you put the goons into 5th with their mounting debts will be a very happy day for me.
HuddersfieldYiddo
Bring back Barry Conlan.
Johnny Baguette
I dont care if he's a tosser......as long as he is a goal scoring tosser...!!!
lincolnblue
to say he's a tosser is unfair, he lives a very strict lifestyle, in a flat with all his family, travels home to cameroon often as possible, he doesnt care for the lavish lifestyles of footballers, criticised the likes of ronaldinho as result, he has some bust ups with press over privacy issues. he's a cracking player and would be a wonderful signing.
tommytheblue
Haha hear we go again with these RIDICULOUSLY HUMOROUS rumors and speculations!

Its hilarious seeing all this jealousy coming from scum fans. Im a Leeds fan and happy to see City with all this money, going for top players. The sooner they replace the Scum at the top of the league the better. Good luck guys.
