Bojinov Set To Bounce Back In January

Google language translator

Mark Hughes has today revealed that the bulky Bulgarian could be unleashed back on the scene in the middle of January.

The Bulgarian has suffered two long term injuries in his short spell at the club so far, but Mark Hughes has praised his attitude and if anyone deserves a bit of luck now, its our Valerie.

Mark Hughes told Sky Sports News:

'Boj is doing really well. We are really happy. We are hopeful we will get him back for mid-January, if everything goes to plan.'

'He has been out training on the pitches looking like a footballer again."

'He has been really unfortunate. We all know the catalogue of injuries that he's had. For a young player that has been really difficult for him.'

'But he has the strength of character. We are really encouraged by the way it is progressing and really looking to forward to getting him back.'

Will this deflect Mark Hughes`s need to bring in a couple of strikers in January or will Bojinov`s nightmare at City end? I`m sure Hughes`s would not sell him because in the glimpses of action we have seen him participate in, he is quality.

Who would you partner Bojinov with on his return. Providing Jo is still the club I would say that the Bulgarian and the Brazilian have their own specific attributes but together they could form a lethal partnership. Although if a left midfielder is brought in January, Robinho would be my first choice striker to partner Boj.

However when Petrov and co, manage to overcome injuries, it will be an interesting time to see how Mark Hughes keeps them all happy?

Time and again we've said The Boj has the instinct and total desire to win. We've seen glimpses of it this past close season and he's battling back from two terrible injuries with all guns blazing. Unlike Rigsby Petrov he has time on his side and let's face it, you don't make your Juventus debut at 15 without talent.

Boj certainly has one hell of a reputation to keep up with... The weight of expectation will be massive but if he's as good as I've heard he is from Italy, he may well cope with it.
The_Legend_Of_Zola
Very talented player in Italy but has turned into another Rosicky. I gotta say and I don't say it often I feel for the lad. Now if you'll all excuse, I'm going to pray for forgiveness for feeling bad for a player on the dark side.....
ForeverUnited
He certainly has talent and has been unlucky so far, it will be good for the team to have a fit Boj again.
Buzz Lightyear
Great to see him winning the fight to get fit again. His goal against Milan was memorable and he is an explosive talent. Fingers crossed.
Sindbad
I think Sparky should have introduced him gradually after his long injury, I hope he does that if fit in January.
