'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Sparky's Body Language Leaves Cause For Concern

Google language translator

Even to the untrained eye, Manchester City fans looking at Mark Hughes body language following Sunday's away defeat at WBA leaves cause for concern.

The Welshman is undoubtedly under pressure, which is only to be expected; nevertheless, this man knows his future at the club is slowly but surely coming to an end.

When asked by the BBC's commentator, 'are you under pressure? the ex-Manchester United player said...

'Well there's going to be pressure because that's the world we live in.'

'It's results orientated and you have to get results on the board. We're disappointed because we know we haven't shown as much level of performance were capable of in recent weeks but it's not through the lack of trying.'

'It's a phase were going through at the moment and it's a little bit difficult as there is a little bit of speculation, in fact, a huge amount of speculation regarding what's going on at the club, or what may go on in the future, so I don't think that's helped.'

He has looked down for a long while now. He even kicked a water bottle at the same time as shaking moyes hand after another defeat. Hows hughes suppose to inspire confidence with the players and fans, if he always looks unsure. Hes well out of his depth and finally he knows it. ADUG may be aswell, the longer they leave it, it will be to late.

I agree.......but they can only get rid....if they have a decent replacement already lined up......and still with the time to buy in who HE wants.....and I cant see that there is time for that now....!

Good grief! You fellas still sticking with him? Not poaching Lippi or Mourinho by paying them 100 million a year? :P Relegation contenders... Aaah, I see Kaka, Buffon etc etc playing in the Championship in the near future!!!

Why are we no better than last season, we should have kept Sven, it couldn't have got any worse and hes the one that got us playing that exciting football, which was easy on the eye. What time he had to get in players on a tight budget, he did well and in my opinion would have gone on with the extra money available to buy other gems. I don't think he would have bought Jo and would have asked the Chairman to wait before buying mega stars, rather we should get a consistant side, which we have not had for some time.We still don't know from match to match we teams going to turn up. Come On City
