I think we can discount the mirror stat, from the look of it they have tagged on City's name to every player mentioned, as a result they are bound to get it right sometimes.

The story goes there was always a mole/fifth columnist at City who fed negativity to Das Daily Mail. Could be the Times has somebody talking to them. Been a lot of divisive stories knocking about again this season. Need to root out the bad eggs.
