Bellamy to Sign For City In 24 Hours.

Craig Bellamy is set to hold talks and undergo a medical with Man City on Monday.

The Deal could then be completed as early as Monday lunchtime.

I do rate Bellamy but i doubt he will bring a positive influence to the team? But then again what do i know. I'm loyal to anyone who puts on the City shirt and works hard.

polpot and hitler are signing soon too. Ageing, arrogant, difficult, doesnt score more than 10 and injury prone...get him in!
tommytheblue
He may bring fight into the team! Some of the players need to harden up... Just don't let the team play golf!
mcfcthriller
just the ambition we needed to show to seal the kaka deal...
butty1
fight ...so what yesterday showed we have fight...zab along with the likes of de jong will do for fight...a goal scorer, not a ***** is needed

I said I would not attend the next match as a protest if we signed Bellendamy. Does that mean I will cut my nose off to spite my face and miss Kaka's debut ???
alphieblues
you never no you might miss the debuts of other former great hughes players such as robbie savage, tugay or brett emerton
butty1
You forgot to mention our bid for John Hartson !!!
alphieblues
Is it only mean that feels like this is hughes sticking two fingers up at the owners one minute Kaka then next.........craig(oh jesus please dont let it be true) Bellend-amy.Maybe he will fail the medical!!!

just missed out on a loan deal for dean Windass, he preffered Oldham. I don't know why this is, but when 'Arry at Spuds wants a player, we then go for the same one, is it a way of makinf sure that Spuds dont sign anyone? Bellendamy would prefer to sign for Spuds, he knows that he is not good enough for City, way to go for Bell in the end.
Buzz Lightyear
This would be nothing short of a disastrous signing opposed by the vast majority of City supporters. He has even given us a reminder this weekend of what he is capable of by striking to get what he wants. For on this backward step: http://www.manchestercity.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=139077

""""Bellamy's move to City is the result of a remarkable "gentleman's agreement" between Harry Redknapp and Mark Hughes, which sees City and Hughes dropping out of the race to sign Wilson Palacios, while Spurs and Redknapp have ended their interest in Bellamy. (Various) """"" Please tell me this is not true ..................
Doody
That's shocking if true Doody. Questionable blinkers from Hughes, lending weight to the rag double agent conspiracy theory again! Seriously though, 14 mill for a 30 yr old journeyman Bartonist is just terrible considering the Podolski's out there. Bellendamy when benched is dangerous. To my knowledge he has never played alongside modern era superstar Brazilians either. Unfathomable and unpopular decision Hughes.

WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY?
romancity
That's what Dan Sturridge said this morning...
Johnny Baguette
well there is nothing we can do about it is there.....I didnt want him to come to City......but if he does, I will give him the same chance as anyone else who pulls on the City shirt........I think its a bigger risk for MH's future, by signing him.....only time will tell......you never know......in two months time we could be all eating our words and saying what an inspired signing he was......??? ......( am I really here ?? )

Kaka: Born Again Christian footballing superstar and Craig Bellamy. You couldn't make it up.
Johnny Baguette
I have to be honest he was a good player for us when he played, works very hard. But the way he has left us leaves a lot to be desired. 3 weeks ago he loved W/ham and owed the fans his loyalty now he f---- off and go's on strike what a little fat pr1ck. Good luck with him you will need it!!!!!!!!!!!!
SHOE HAMMER
Thanks Shoe Hammer. I am completely underwhelmed.
Johnny Baguette
Noooooooooooooooooo! hughes is just signing his best mate. The way left hammers is disgusting, hes injury prone, charmless and a trouble maker. Not to mention as a striker - HE DOESNT SCORE ALOT. I admire his work rate, but danny sturridge needs a run of game and he performs well. If we need a "second stker/support striker) id rather have ot zarate, cassano or miccolo who are all much better than him. Good news is - he will be 4th choice or sold in the summer when city get kun aguero, eto or vila. So city fans wont have to endure this thug for to long.
enzo city
He tries that stuff here, we wont let him go, we will just let him rot in the reserves until his contract is up. If he behaves and plays for the team then great, much rather have Michael Owen.
Buzz Lightyear
Spot on enzo. A powder keg and our polls to the right of here rarely ever lie....
Johnny Baguette
That it he signed for us in the end
