If we get an early goal, I think we could easily win this game and make our away form as good as our home.

Just hope they don't set out to kick lumps out of us, we can do without picking up any injuries. Hope Zab plays, a tough nut like him will be very useful against the cloggers. This one will either be close (they'll probably sit back most of the game even though they're at home) or a rout with us scoring 3 or more. Be interesting to see how well the VK NO partnership copes with Delap's long throws, 'cause our one huge weakenss this season has been defending at set pieces.

Ofcourse we virtually never score from set pieces either, and that won't improve if RSC doesn't arrive. Looks like Given will be too late for Stoke if he arrives at all.

Well I hope they do and the ref has read the comment, could be a few yellows to start with and then who knows. We have to take the game to them and this is supposed to be CB's forte, getting in behind the Stoke defence, I hope the right team turns up on the day.

Delap's long throws weren't a problem when we played them at home and now with a better organised defence shouldn't be a problem here.

With any luck Alphie, they will be too busy down the other end to even get one in. Just a note to the boys though, If you are going to clear it into touch try and get it as far down field as possible please.

The commentator is wrong. The transfer window closes on Monday 2 Feb at 1700 hrs sharp.

Lets face it if we can't win here then there is not much hope of us winning anywhere away from home.
