Vultures gathering for Micah

The performances of Micah Richards are attracting the unwanted attentions of a host of clubs according to newspaper reports.

For a 17 year old kid, his first team performances have just been sensational and it looks like City already have a fight on their hands to keep him at Eastlands.

All the usual suspects have their names in the frame, including United, Arsenal, Spurs and yes you've guessed it Chelsea.

I just hope both Micah and his agent realise there's plenty of time for a big money move in due course, and at the moment it is in his best interest to remain at City, the club who have developed and nurtured him, so he can continue to learn his trade.

If any young players, particularly those at City, are being wooed by other clubs and their greedy agents, they should remember what happened to SWP - enough said !
