Mark Hughes Worst Signing - Tal Ben Haim

According to our front page poll result, Manchester City centre back, Tal Ben Haim is Mark Hughes worst ever purchase.

Ben Haim joined Manchester City on 30 July 2008 for a fee around 5m, becoming only the second first-team signing of new manager Mark Hughes, but after just a mere nine (less than sparkling) City appearances the Israeli international was farmed out on loan until the end of the season with Premier League struggler's, Sunderland.

The following poll results are in descending order.

Buzz Lightyear asks...

Who is Mark Hughes Worst Buy?

Tal Ben Haim (70%)
Jo (12%)
Berti (7%)
De Jong (5%)
The goalie from the Faroes (3%)
Robinho (2%)
Bridge (1%)
Kompany (0%)
Bellamy (0%)
SWP (0%)
Zabaleta (0%)
Given (0%)

Television technology...

Yes for goalline and disputed penalties (78%)
Yes for goalline disputes only (16%)
No it would it would disrupt the game (5%)
No technology not yet good enough (1%)

And finally, Tudor asks the following question...

MCFC TV - Should we have our own dedicated channel?

Yes (92%)
No (8%)

On our new poll, we ask fans...

Which Premier League side will finish bottom and relegated?

To vote, use the poll question to the right hand side of this article.

as much as i dont like TBH he only played 9 games for us all in all and can he really be judged on that? he was fantastic at bolton and its a shame we have wasted 5m on him.

I still think as of right now (don't know if he'll come back and/or get better) Jo has to be classed as the worst signing. 19 million for a sack of spuds.
