Bellamy Ready To Run Black Cats Ragged

Craig Bellamy has returned to training following on from injury and is expected to start against Sunderland on Sunday.

The Welshman was expected to be out for six weeks after he limped off at West Ham earlier this month with a knee problem, but the City striker has recovered well ahead of schedule.

Mark Hughes told the press...

'The worst-case scenario was six weeks, but we've got him back in under three. And that's great.'

'We've missed him because he has had a big impact here since he came in January. He is a big presence on and off the pitch."'

We need this fella for the run in. I can see him and The Boj working well together.

Come on folks, hold your hands up. Three months ago, how many of you would have been willing, Yes actually DESPARATE for Craig Bellamy to come back into the squad?

Think he will be on the bench - would love to see the Boj get a start.
