Hughes Will Bring City Success Say Summerbee

City legend, Mike Summerbee told the City Debate show on Channel M that Mark Hughes is the right man for the job.

In this short video clip, Mike explains his reasoning why he gives the Welshman his 100% backing and how impressed he is with his training methods.

Blues boss begins talks over a new Manchester City contract.

'I've got two years left on my contract but there have been talks about a new one,' said Sparky. 'But really you will have to speak to the owners about that.'

'I hope something comes of this and if a new contract is a possibility then obviously I'd be very pleased.'

I'm not surprised at Mikes' comments. This is am excercise of "all rally round the club".

The one thing you can't fault Mike on is his loyalty to the club, he still does not want to hurt it with any controversial comments

No way is Hughes moving, give the bloke a rest, It will all come good in the end and then Hughes will be head hunted and you will all be saying keep your hands off Hughes. If its good enough for the Buzzer, then it must be true.
