Why would Buffon go to Man City? He's plenty rich and adored in Turin. Likewise, Joe Hart is a good keeper. Too bad if you let him go.

I'd be very disappointed if we let Joe Hart go on a permanent basis. If Hart is getting impatient, then by all means, let him have a season's loan somewhere (Birmingham have been mentioned) and then bring him back a more experienced player. As for Buffon, what do we need him for when we've already got Shay Given? Can't see Gigi coming to warm the bench can you?

You'd be hard pressed to convince me that Buffon is better than Given, and as poor as Junventus' defense has been this season, it's tough to even tell how good he is, anymore.
