An hour before the kick off of City's last game of this campaign at home to Bolton, the club have announced a new official sponsor, Etihad Airways...
The three year deal was confirmed today at SportCity by Etihad Airways' Chief Executive, James Hogan, Manchester City FC Chief Executive Garry Cook and Sir Howard Bernstein, Chief Executive of Manchester City Council.

Gazza Cook confirmed: 'These are exciting times at Manchester City as we look to build a world-class team and sustainable success on and off the field. This partnership will play an integral role in our strategy.'
Lest we forget, 10 years ago this month City fought back from the third tier abyss against Gillingham at the old Wembley. It's a measure of all the hard work and outstanding support since that City have reached this previously unthinkable international launch pad in 2009.
