'If It's Football, It's Vital'

FC Barcelona Week On Vital Manchester City

It's hands across the water as we follow the lead of City Chief Executive Officer Garry Cook in offering our friendship to the Catalan club at this important time.

Barcelona are chasing an unprecedented Spanish treble of the Spanish Liga, Copa Del Ray and Champions League. A treble that we are looking forward to the very real possibility of seeing realised with absolute relish.

Barca have a squad packed with local lads and players who joined the club at an early age, not dissimilar to Manchester City in that context.

City's hierarchy have made great strides recently in forging a working relationship with the Spanish giants that is likely to see the world's wealthiest club beginning to learn how to steadily aspire to be one of Europe's leading clubs, at the same time precipitating some important transfer business in the coming weeks.

Here's to Barca's exciting side giving the rags a serious run for their massively in debt money this Wednesday in Rome.

This one is going out from 'liddle ciddy' to Barcelona fans worldwide and rag smugfests like United We Stand...

'Os deseamos la mejor de las suertes desde Vital Man City para esta semana en vuestro intento de derrocar al Imperio del Mal.'

'The very best of luck to Barcelona from Vital Manchester City this week in your quest to overcome The Evil Empire.'

Can't speak for the whole group, but here's one Fulham fan that agrees 100%.

Firstly - the club with the richest OWNERS, not wealthiest club! Secondly, this ARTICLE has probably just won us the CL!
ForeverUnited
Its like the weedy little kid hiding behind the school bully. Can see it "Barca we want to be friends and offer our support" to which the reply "***** off you snivelling little ***** box team, go hide mid table while we take on your big brother."
TeddyLyon
No it's not, Teddy. It's about big city rivalry and a bit of craic at the same time. As Noel G once said: "My favourite ever goal is one scored by any player of any team against Manchester united."
Johnny Baguette
....and I win the bet over how long it would take FU to steam in!

This article has probably won you the CL? Even for a rag that is slightly skewed logic! Viva Espana, may Barca teach the smug barstewards from the swamp a lesson they'll never forget.
fifthcolumnblue
surprised there was only two f words in the comment JB. seriously Barca look a very decent side and the betting will be quite close.
Buzz Lightyear
Good luck barca, Indonesia will be most unhappy if you win. Manchester will be ecstatic!
