Blackburn Closing In On Tal Ben-Haim

According to the News of the World, Manchester City defender Tal Ben-Haim might be on his way to Blackburn Rovers.

The Israeli international moved to Eastlands from Chelsea only last July but failed to impress and ended up on a short term loan deal at Sunderland.

During season 2008/09 season Ben-Haim managed a mere eight league appearances before making his way to the Black Cats.

Should Tal stay at City and fight in way into the first team squad or should we wave him goodbye?

The boy from Bethlehem was class for us (Bolton) but has been a real disappointment with the other Premiership clubs he's been at. I think he will go to Rovers and I think Big Sam will get the best out of him.

The question is.. how much do we have to pay Blackburn to take him off our hands? A complete waste of space!

If it wasn't for him maybe I would not feel as bad about Mark Hughes, let him go to Blackbuen or anywhere, I'll ring a taxi!!!!!

He looked a really good player at Bolton; that's why Chelsea bought him. I don't know why his form has been so poor the last couple of years, but he won't get a chance at City... Get what we can for him, yes, but PLEASE not a makeweight in a deal for Crocky Santa Cruz!
Sindbad
Brutal performances for City. Absolutely brutal.

Good luck to them both - Sam will have to weave his magic if he's going to get anything out of him.

Please go to Fat Sam ..I would love to see the expression on his face when he sees what a dud he has bought.

I'm sure Big Sam will get the best out of him!! Hope we can get a decent amount??
