He is a regular England international, is the box-to-box midfielder we have been craving and has strong leadership skills - perfect addition to the team and around 100k is very reasonable for what we are getting.

Footballers have a very special talent and the market rate for the best in the UK is about £100K a week. Barry is one of the best in the UK and he is worth every penny.
