It's very probable that City have already agreed terms with Joorabchian for the Argentine, but that the ball is still in Manyoo's court. If Ferguson doesn't respond to the City offer then it is very likely Tevez could come to Eastlands. on the other hand the player would get a lot more games with City than Trafford Warblers and might want to move for that reason as well. Will Tevez sign a contract orwill the contract be with his agency owners? Who can tell. Ask a solicitor.
