I'd wager City bids for certain "big four" players are imminent.

The Barry transfer has proven we can attract top premiership talent. Some of the Tpo 4 players are looking to inject some fresh challenge into their careers, or are just disappointed with the way their contracts are being handled. In most past seasons thees weren't the best of players, but this season they are. Bids for Tevez, Alsonso, Drogba, Gallas and Toure could materialise very quickly.

lol - you lot have delusions of grandeur!

As I posted earlier ...you know the top teams are worried when their fans start posting on our website .....apart from the fact that their websites must be so boring they need to keep an eye on us and like the poster above come out with hackneyed old phrases......
Doody
Doody, I'm not just an Arsenal fan, I'm a football fan, and when I see an interesting or amusing looking article on another football site I may be tempted to have a little look. If I saw on Tottenham's sight an article entitled: 'Bentley ready for Spurs' title challenge', I would immediately look. Does that mean i'm worried? What's happening at city now is something unlike anything ever to have taken place in football before. Is it really that unnatural for football fans to take a look? I don't think top 4 will be coming for you next season. Maybe within the next 4-5 you might make the grade, but it can all cloud over just as it seems the sun will shine forever.

lol Doody seems to think we all are shaking.... Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..... Doody, when eye catching, stupidly named articles pop up on the right hand side of the home page, I usually go to them. I regularly visit Spuds, Rovers, Newcastle, Bolton, Sunderland... Does that mean I'm scared all of them will beat us 6-0 next season? My my, what delusion! I think fellows like you are best ignored!

Drogba? Not a chance. The best out there want CL footy and a decent pop at the title. You guys can provide neither, I'm afraid.

merlin what are you still lurking around here for? i think it's your team and good ole 'arry that have delusions of grandeur mate, i think you may jump ship and turn sky blue when we break into the top four, maybe that's why you're still around here.
