Tevez Rules Out Liverpool

Carlos Tevez has reportedly ruled out joining Liverpool due to 'emotional reasons', leaving Manchester City and Chelsea leading the race for the Argentinian.

The intense rivalry between United and Liverpool is behind his decision and the striker feels that moving to City would cause less damage to his relationship with United fans on his departure.

Tevez has not yet ruled out the possibility of remaining with United, and talks with the remaining interested parties will continue tomorrow.

Manchester City have reportedly offered Tevez a 75% pay rise, equating to a massive £140,000-a-week salary, but more importantly, the opportunity to establish himself in the starting eleven.

Breaking news from skysports about 15 mins ago... The move was in doubt but now Tevez has officially confirmed it.

So if it's for emotional reasons then he can't come to Manchester City or Chelsea either as they are both West Ham and Manchester United rivals! Which must mean he is leaving the PL, for Spain, or saying at Man U?
Matt_Us
The mind boggles!
eighthsin
either that or hes just *****ing everyone about and he WILL stay at the rags.
Mike Hunt
Probably he will stay but wants more money and more football. Which he will get if he stays here he is.
Matt_Us
I think he really wants to stay with the rags, but will they up their pay offer to him?
Buzz Lightyear
tevez wont go to city. . .or even chelsea,he is a chop who was used by manure and like a mindless ex girlfriend, will keep running back .Heard you guys getting eto.theres nothing stopping this transfer, you have ridiculous cash and barca is selling him to the highest bidder regardless of eto's wants. You guys are really putting up a squad.imo barry was the last screw needed, anyone else is a bonus. Robi,jo,benjani, caicedo, sturridge. F_ck you have more recognised strikers than us! And midfield with de jong, barry, kompany, elano, ireland, johnson fernandes etc. Give us a chance! i still want chelsea to take robinho off your hands.true class.go blues

His missus must be worried about the colour coordination... "Those reds are just to close to work together"... she told Carlos. "Go to that nice club where they've got that lovely sky blue...."
Sindbad
I say Tevez... Make your mind up and get on with your life...
mcfcthriller
He's making a real meal out of this isn't he? It doesn't matter where he goes the Manyoo fans will all hate him for it anyway. that's just what they are like. If he thinks going to Liverpool would get their goat he should really join City. That would make them psychotic.
Sindbad
Yeh, this has become ridiculous. Make a decision. I suspect he'll stay with United.
