The capture of this special talent by City would be remarkable. He is far too good ror the Rags, but he would be a legend at City. His centre of gravity low, so hard to take the ball from, actually moves like Maradona... So happy on the ball, so cool in front of goal. For City, Tevez would be a ticket to the Top Table of football. Let's hope the fat lady sings Blue Moon.

So - Im new to the forums so apologies if this has been said before - but what do others see the line up being next year - if we do indeed sign Tevez, Cruz, Eto'o?
4-2-2-2? Surely we cant play with all the above three and Robby? Where does SWP fit in? And Petrov? Can't say Im too disappointed about the selection headache Hughes will have - but if Tevez and Robby have first team football in their contracts then it doesnt leave much choice?

Romney1974, I really can't see us signing Eto'o and Tevez, I think you are right, with robinho aswell as RSC I cant see us playing all four at once and Tevez is leaving the swamp because he didn't play that much, when infact he played more games than Shrek and Burpatoff.

I know you guys are city fans so its unlikely that you'll have spent much time watching United, but he really isn't as good as you think he is. Clinical in front of goal is the absolute last thing he could be described as. You guys probably aren't expecting to win the league next year so maybe you'll be happy with him; but if you are going to win it Tevez won't be the man to do it for you - not from the starting lineup anyway.
