Great news - our new looking site was launched earlier this morning (24/06/09. Bad news - it will take a few hours for the URL to settle down.

By now some of you will be on the new VMC site, however it may take others a little longer. If you are trying to access the site and you see the following...

Please don't bookmark the link but wait until the normal URL settles in.

Erm, I dont think I like this one, Tudor. The old one was not flashy, but had a nice, uncluttered look to it. The colourjob looks downright bad, I'm afraid to say. The grey does not go well with the sky blue at all. :-(

After spending around 7 hours to try and get on this site (not constantly I might add), I think I like the nice clean look. Job well done Tudor!

Tudor, I like it mate. The site will continue to evolve and I can only see positives in the new look. In many ways the site looks more "professional." Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the environment being created for fans. And I think the way the banner design was thrown out to fans was a great idea. Though some of eigthsin's designs should be brought forward with player images which don't attract any copyright problems. If a City fan's website can't show images of Colin Bell, Shaun Goater and Georgi Kinkladze then something is very wrong in the world.

Thank for all the feedback guys. I know I can't please everyone, just so long as I please the majority. As for picture copyright - we get out images from PA Photos and yes we pay for them. Any others on the main pages causes the Vital boss to pull out his hair. Different kettle of fish when it comes to posting player pics / stadium etc via the forums. What a weird world we live in.
