Enter Our July Competition & Win £80

Everyone registered on Vital Manchester City is eligible to enter our July competition with the chance of winning £80.00.

Rules

The competition begins on 1 July and runs through until midnight on 31 July 2009.

You have to register 2000 VMC member points or more in July to qualify.

Anyone reaching the required points will go into a hat. The first name drawn will win £40.00.

The draw will take place on Friday 31 July.

In addition, if you win the overall July Vital Network Members League, you automatically win £40.00 paid directly from the Vital boss. That's a grand total of £80.00.

How do I receive points?

Every time you post a front page comment or on the poll question, or post on our forums you receive points. The maximum at anyone time being four, depending on the length of the post.

I bet £80.00 would help you towards your summer holiday spending? DJ Jazzy Jeff certainly thinks so.

Good luck.

There will be few in contention, plus you'll be surprised how quickly you can gain points.

wouldnt this amount just cause people to post quantity rather than quality posts ? is that what you really want from a forum getting people just posting *****e for the sake of it rather than good debate ?

No MH it gives an incentive to those who maybe only post every now and again to visit the site more often and post their views on tha various forums available.

I know for a fact that 2000 points is very difficult to achieve, but i am going to have a go myself, it will go towards my new City shirt, infact it will pay for it.

I have to agree with Mike... I post a fair bit and I average about 300 points a month. I'm hear to talk about City not make 95% of my posts spamming the G&Q section. I understand it boosts VMC and I've been known to stray into there when bored. Not having a go here by the way just saying. Good luck to anyone who attempts/manages the total though.

2,000? 2,#*$$!># thousand? I have trouble getting to half that - which I have yet to do, I might add. I can see MH's point though.

Points read and understood. Ok then, anyone with 1000 points or more go into the end of July's hat.
