A good pre-season, this. South Africa will be a great place to be -- especially as so many of our players will be planning to get back there next Summer with their countries. The two games against the Glasgow sides should round it off nicely, all ready for the off.

We are playing 3 games in S Africa. We will play the winners of the Orlando Pirates v Kaizer Chiefs match as well.

Well thought out pre season with a trip to S A and Scotland, hope the players are well rested tho and ready to kick off the new season fresh and up for a challenge, can not wait for the start of the season now I am getting board of doing D I Y at the weekends !!!!!!!!!

Hughes wanted to get as many of his target transfers in as o[possible before the trip to SA. I hopoe he can achieve that and for the team to be bonding before the start of next season or, we may just be at sixes and seven when the seaon begins, if we are forced to wait at the last minute for vital players to come to the club.
Buzz Lightyear
does anyone know if they gonna be showing the games live on any station? heard thast the club might try to televise them if no local tv company doing so. can anyone shed some light on this for me please?
dopeeze
Dopeeze - apparently if no TV station picks the SA games up, they will be live on the new City site.
BlueWolfie
This competition is normally televised live, all 4 matches, but only on the local channels in SA if I'm not mistaken. They might change it though, but I will have to find out. If no luck, I'm pretty certain City will have it on their new site. Fanatical City fan from Cape Town, SA.

Nice one Tony! Welcome to VMC!

Looks a great pre-season esp. the SA Vodacom challenge. The 2 matches v Gers & Celtic should set us up nicely for the start of the season.
