Cor blimey - a bit too good natured for me. What a smug and an ugly Rag he really was and I bet he didn't know one end of a prawn sandwich from the other. I don't know how Fred didn't slap him.
wswilly3
The trouble with the Rags is that they have become so accustomed to winning that they really and hionestly believe that no one (including our good seves) will take anything away from them. If I was a rag fan (and there but for the grace of God), I would be a little concerned - maybe not this year but certainly the following. City have the money, and the grat players (albeit some have turned us down) will come as we progress further and further. The sooner the Rags realise this (although I hope they don't) the better they will be.
BlueWolfie
They were both muppets, but the Man U one came off worst. He said some irrelevant things. Eg. when the City fan said it's not about this season, and then straight away the Man U fan makes a £100 bet about what happens THIS season. It was quite funny - everytime he laughed you could tell he just wanted to punch him.

That *****in munich cock aint got a clue what he's on about!! What about their players that couldn't get into our first *****in team.....Owen, Berbatov, Fletcher & Carick to name but a few. ***** off you shower of snivelling *****dogs and get used to it; you are no longer the number one team in MANCHESTER!
kinky's boots
kinky's boots, as an outsider, I'd say they're still the number one team in Manchester, because they've got the medals to prove it. You will have the opportunity to change that, but don't get impatient - you've waited many decades, just hold on for a few more years. And I personally think Carrick and possibly Fletcher would get into your first team.
ArsenalRob
As for this overused argument that, because everyone's talking about City, the top 4 must be worried - everyone's talking about Notts County today, and I for one am not worried about them. You're the ones who are making the headlines, not getting the points - yet...
ArsenalRob
Good point AR - anyone with a brain cell though, knows that City will be a force to be reckoned with, and those that catch on to this sooner rather than later will be better prepared for the battle that will come.
BlueWolfie
I think everyone from the top 4 knows that you'll be a force, but admitting it will only help you. Don't forget, you're players are all very new, and if you loose too many of you're first games, they may begin to stop believing that they're capable of challenging for honours - and if they let themselves slip into thinking they're average, they will play like they're average.

Roll on September 20 -- then we'll see.

I'm a United fan and I must say the Red on here is the kind of supporter that makes the rest of us look like arrogant, humourless *****s (then again at least we don't have as many that are as bitter and hate-filled as the likes of Kinky Boots above). The only thing he says in the whole three minutes that makes any sense is "We'll see come May". That's when we'll see who has won the argument.
deced80
Arsenal Rob, just because we have signed some quality Strikers, is not the complete answer to City closing the gap on the top four. I hope that the City fans do not go over the top and expect too much of this team which last season lacked the depth of quality in the squad to maintain a challenge and lost to teams that as a top class team should not be a worry. The inconsistency of our away form is a worry ad the defence needs to be addressed, August is approaching rapidly and the terrygate situation needs to be sorted one way or the other next week, in order to move on. A top six finish, will be a success this season and our highest finish. Sparky is nailing his colours to the mast and I hope we can make some progress towards getting into that top four.
Buzz Lightyear
where in essex did that rag come from i want the same bet!
manandboy
Kinky Boots, just remember that one of your own died in the air disaster, thick ****. Manandboy, boring boring boring, essex essex essex... Tell you what, ill take you up on that bet, double it if you like... What the MASSIVE fans don't realise is that buying strikers galore isn't going to get them into the top four, because their still going to concede goals. See what happens comes May, but my opinion, City will come around mid-table and all the bitter, disillusioned blue nosed Munich lovers will be shouting "HUGHES OUT" around town.
RedManc
typical utd fan.not even wearing a jersey.i love how excited (deluded) they are having signed michael owen.
mcfcirish
please guys its football no more posts about players who have died. and your on redmanc ....prawn buttie any one?
manandboy
mcfcirish, what is the City fan wearing. I can't work it out, is it a City shirt?
ArsenalRob
its a city retro shirt,it has one of the old chrests on it.
mcfcirish
oh right. Thanks for clearing that up, was wondering what it was.
ArsenalRob
no worries buddy :)
mcfcirish
Oh god I cannot wait for that smug cretin to be taken down a peg or two. Deced80 you are correct, he is most definitely the kind of arrogant buffoon that makes 'nited fans the most hated in the world, and although I live in Old Trafford and can testify that their are a few decent rags about, this type of over-blown talking turd seems to be endemic at your club. Just hope we don't let the success go to our heads and our fans never even get remotely as disagreeable as yours.
fifthcolumnblue
manandboy - Lovely... Prawn buttie? No thanks, just had one a few minutes ago, lathered it up with salad cream, only problem is that the prawns were a bit too bitter for my liking... ;) mcfcirish - Please do not even use the word 'deluded', that is so hypocritical it is untrue, its like a Liverpool fans singing 'murderers' to another set of supporters.
