A real pain in the arse I know but the server problem is out of my control. Engineers are working flat out to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please feel free to use this article as our forum, well until normal service is resumed.

Well, I'm glad the JT saga is over. You guys better get Lescott, he's a really good defender. Maybe Upson too.. Toure would'nt be bad also.

Toure will be with us by the end of this week and as for Lescott - still not convinced he'll come.

There's no way we can justify selling lescott, with only having lescott and yobo until november at CB. We need a CB even without selling Lescott, it's a bit much to expect to get through almost half a season with no back up at all for a position. It would take a truly ludicrous fee for a deal for lescott, Upson would make much more sense. Or simply wait for January for Lescott.

Completly off topic. Why do we have an EA sports icon in the address bar when viewing vital mancity? surely we should have one representing the club? Or does vital football impose this. CTID

A few clichés? That's one way of putting it I suppose. 'Totally tits up' would be another (and probably more apt), however, seeing as though it took over a minute to get to this page, I shall now just wait until things are running smoothly without any problems - or until how it runs normally, whichever comes first... LOL

The site appears to be working (27/07/09 - 6pm) but it is still very slow. I've got a few articles to publish but i'll keep them until everything settles down. In the meantime i'm going to do something i've haven't done in 14 months and that is dig out some of my old CD's, sit back with a bottle of whisky and relax.

Nope, unfortunately not all sorted for us, BlueWolfie. It appears VC, along with Liverpool, Villa, Sp*rs, Portsmouth, United and probably others, are still down.

Looks like you guys have got Toure of us. While i was happy to see the back of Adebayor, i will be quite sad to see Toure go. Not his best season last year but still a quality defender and should add some steel to your defense. Im not totally against us losing our African players with the ACN happening this year and every 2 years. Good luck to him at City, a legend at the club.

New servers and a new structure are on order. These server failures happen to the best of us though I'm afraid, I remember Rivals going down for over 2 weeks once. We worked endlessly to minimise the disruption but any down time is unacceptable. Unfortunately we are a fans network, we've no big company backing, so we do find out the hard way sometimes that if you stop peddling, the electricity runs out! Apologies one and all.
