Sylvinho could really help City with his excellent experience. If he was good enough to play isn the Champions League Final when Barcelona beat Manure then he'll be very welcome at City. Joleon will be great too. But of all the captures he is the one I think who may feel the pressure of the large transfer fee. Not his fault, but the Press will be watching him like vultures. A few key goals from the man should shut them up though.
