City's fast interchange of passing was scintillating.

I said on Wednesday night that City needed to do what Spurs did which was put out a strong side and get the job done in a professional manner. Well in the end we put out a full strength side and although it took us longer to get in front we got better as the match went on.

Absolutely Kev. It could have become a cricket score has we notched another.

I must admit i wonder if Palace had been so spirited had Tevez finished the chance in the 3rd minute. If he had got that, the bucketful may have materialised. However, hats off to Palace, they got stuck in and it was a terrific match. The old fashioned fire and brimstone was exactly what City needed and woke a few up. The team needs time to gel and an away 2-0 win cannot be scoffed.
