League Cup Draw: The Iron Head For Eastlands



City have drawn Lincolnshire's mid table Championship side Scunthorpe United at home in the Carling Cup Fourth Round...

In a draw comprising 13 Premier League clubs and 5 all top flight games, City have been handed a golden opportunity to progress.

The tie will be played week commencing 26th October sandwiched between The Blues' Premier League commitments at home to Fulham and away to Birmingham.

The draw in full...

Blackburn v Peterborough
Man City v Scunthorpe
Tottenham v Everton
Barnsley v the rags
Chelsea v Bolton
Sunderland v Aston Villa
Arsenal v Liverpool
Portsmouth v Stoke

Famous Scunthorpe players include Ray Clemence, Kevin Keegan and one time Blue Peter Beagrie.

The rags meanwhile, got their usual kind draw which will see them travel to Barnsley.
