Not excited in the least. In fact, if he doesn't get us into the top four this season it's obviously pointless. Did he give the o.k. for Weiss and Zabaleta to sign new deals before he got here? Were they under the impression there would be an immediate managerial change?

So... who's going to be the first journo to call him Roberto Mancity, or would it be Manciti. Either way, to catchy to pass up for long.

I believe the major difference between Mancini and Hughes (right now) is that Mancini is a bigger name. As to whether he is better remains to be seen.

Mancini won three Serie A titles when Juventus and AC weren't even in the running. He hasn't proven himself at the highest level. Its not an improvement on Hughes so this is a big mistake. We're turning into Chelsea.

Very sad about Sparky. I was def worried for him not getting any wins.Sounds like players and fans are quite annoyed. Funny game football, guess it proves u could have all the money in the world but it cant buy u happiness.

So glad he's gone, he hadnt a clue, bored with the tired rhetoric from hughes, he even has the nerve to claim his coaches are the best in the league. i scoff at that remark, just look at the team, no shape or organisation , the defending has been woeful for the full 18 months of his tenure, and he failed to rectify it with massive spending! Mancini won a domestic cup in his 1st season at fiorentina and then did the next season with lazio. AS for his titles. milan only lost 8 points and a champ leage spot. In his 1st season he won two domestic clubs with the likes of juve around. He achivied more than hughes could even dream of!
