YOU Are The Maine Mancini - What's Your Next Move?

So you are the ever immaculately turned out Roberto M arriving at Carrington with only Brian Kidd as support. You've watched The Blues, what changes if any would you make...?

Nevermind the coffee probably being rubbish, you've got a job on.

First up, the stories that Shay Given led a deputation of Hughes loyalists to confront City CEO Garry Cook in the immediate aftermath of Sparky's sacking. How do you intend to deal with that?

Rumours are swirling around SportCity that Capitaine Kolo Toure, particularly hapless against Sunderland wants out of the north.

Many Blues have highlighted a lack of leadership across the park. That was entirely evident amid the collective chaos of Keystone Cops defending that threatened to result in defeat against The Mackems.

Is it time to name a new skipper?

Meanwhile, anybody with half a footballing brain would identify that City need an astute defensive coach. Would you look to bring one in? Got someone in mind?

Then there are the tactics. Would you adopt a more cautious approach or stick with the 'we'll score one more than you' mayhem until you can bring in reinforcements?

Maybe you feel that the whole squad needs major midwinter surgery. Would you make radical personnel changes?

Then again, maybe we should adopt a new mantra at MCFC....'if it ain't completely broke, er, don't fix it...too much...'

Robinho out, Bellamy captain, diamond formation with Ireland back up front and DeJong in front of the back four. Toure benched for a while with Kompany given a chance until January. More featuring of Weiss and less Adebayor until he shows he can care for a few games. Serious sit down conversations with the ones who came up through the system to again stress that the owners plans to have academy players play a major role is still part of the plan. I'm not really sure anyone can be found in January, but in the summer Torres. I would say Essien more, but we already have DeJong who is one of the best in his position.

I know one thing. If I was Javier Garrido, I'd be straight up to Mancini saying "Hello, I play left back."

firstly is to talk to each player individually and find out if they have a problem with me comng to the club. I would then assure them that there is not to be a fire sale, but i do expect they to make an effort on the pitch. On a temporary basis until the window, I would play Zab RB Onuoha on the right and toure on the left with Barry at LB. bring in Kompany and De Jong in the middle play swp and Bellers wide right and left with tevez and RSC up front.

My only worry is that Bellamy's performances will drop. Hughes re-vitalized the careers of Bellamy & Ireland

Bellamy wants out, and he'll find a way to get his wish now I promise you. As for Mancini the bets thing he can do now is lose his first 6 games, get the sack and walk away with £3 mill in compensation.....As you can guess I think this move to sack Hughes at this time was downright stupid and will rebound on you, all hope of a top 4 finish now has gone with Hughes, and you may even struggle to get a top 6 finish now.

I'm reminded of the disgraceful way Spurs dispensed with Martin Jol. Another *****poor way to treat a respected footballing figure.

He'll presumably take the club down a different route when signing players, Hughes tried to get proven Premier League players, you'd assume Mancini will bring in big names from abroad. So I expect he will make a few major transfers in January, be interesting who he signs, glad Hughes is gone as he would have come in for Arteta when he's back fit in the summer, doubt Mancini will even have heard of Arteta.
